Welcome to StapLearn. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the StapLearn platform and all related features and services. By accessing or using StapLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

StapLearn is a school-connected educational platform that enables students to create, share, and sell educational resources and participate in learning activities with oversight from parents and schools.

2. Eligibility and Access

• StapLearn is intended for students in grades K–12 through participating schools.
• Students under 13 do not independently create platform accounts.
• Parents, guardians, or schools manage third-party services for K–8 students.
• High school students may participate with increased independence, subject to approval.
• Schools must approve all content before publication.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Services

StapLearn does not provide financial accounts or storefronts. Participation requires approved third-party services.

• Payhip for hosting and selling resources
• PayPal for earnings distribution
• YouTube for embedded StapleShare videos
• Google Calendar for optional scheduling (High School only)

4. K–8 Participation

• Parents manage Payhip stores on behalf of students
• Students create content under supervision
• All content requires school approval
• Students do not access financial dashboards

5. High School Participation (9–12)

• Students may create content with approval
• Stores may be managed by students or parents
• Schools retain final publishing authority

6. User-Generated Content

• Content must be original and educational
• StapLearn may remove content at any time
• Approved content may be displayed on the platform

7. Earnings, Fees, and Taxes

• Platform or service fees may apply
• Earnings are handled via Payhip and PayPal
• Users are responsible for tax obligations

8. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading misleading or inappropriate content
• Bypassing review systems
• Using StapLearn outside its educational purpose

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• StapLearn is provided “as is”
• StapLearn is not liable for third-party services
• No guarantee of earnings or academic outcomes

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
